We rented from these people for 12 months with Gabi Hodge as our property manager.Terribly poor service, unprofessional and quite clearly does not understand real estate law.Gabi is very condescending telling me how confused I must be. Well I had to lodge a formal complaint with consumer protection because Gabi is incompetent at her job.Consumer protection ruled in our favour and they ended up dropping all the unwarranted claims. Even Diane Gilbert, the store manager was terrible. I would think someone there would know how to do their job.I tried explaining the law all the way through but they just don't listen and try all tactics to do what they want.Stay well away from them, and if you do rent from them know your rights, know your lease and STAND YOUR GROUND because they have no idea.

The team at Ray White have always been a pleasure to deal with. I have had many interactions with property managers, sales and other roles and all have been super positive and supportive. A great team to go to if you are thinking of selling in the Mandurah area.

We have been renting through Raine & Horne for about a year and a half now. Every time we have had any sort of problem, our Property Manager Gabi Hodge has dealt with it promptly and kept us in the loop from start to finish. Tenants beware!Raine and Horne Mandurah do not abide by their own lease agreement or state law, they've breached my agreement with them on multiple occasions knowing full well there's nothing a tenant can really do about it. They frequently ignore emails, do not return calls and today they really crossed the line, sending a tradesman into my home while I wasn't there without any notice.If it weren't for the front door being unlocked and some personal items moved around I wouldn't have known he had been there.I had a conversation with them earlier this week about access to the property and expressly told them I didn't want keys given to tradespeople or anyone entering my home when I wasn't there.The conduct of the rental team at Raine and Horne Mandurah is extremely unprofessional, best of luck to anyone who has to deal with them
